Tirgan” is one of the famous occasions in the Iranian history. “It is the day that one of the prominent men in the Iranian history named ” Arash the Archer ” dated at the 13th of tir in the Iranian calendar or the july 4th powerfully threw an arrow.”Tirgan” is mostly related to the water play and it means taking shower. its not an holiday so the people celebrate it at the nearest holiday to the actual day because of their job.
